And what is the ruling on posting pictures of women with the intention of admiration, not temptation? Is it permissible to follow unveiled celebrities out of love for their beauty? And is it permissible to post regular anime pictures?

If the questioner has made every effort to delete the accounts, then Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity, and repentance between her and Allah suffices her. It is not permissible to publish pictures of famous immodest women, due to the temptation involved and the endorsement of evil. As for anime pictures, it is not forbidden to publish them as long as they do not cause temptation.
