Is it permissible to recite the Quran without wudu, considering that touching the mushaf without wudu is deemed disliked rather than forbidden, according to Sheikh Al-Albani's view?

Shaykh al-Albani, may Allah have mercy on him, adopted the view of those who permit a person in a state of minor ritual impurity (hadath) to touch the Qur'an. However, this is a weak and outweighed opinion. A Muslim should follow the authentic evidence established from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
