What is the ruling on Friday prayer if the Imam does not recite Al-Fatiha and a surah well, and he repeats words in the khutbah that he does not pronounce correctly due to a speech impediment? And is Friday prayer obligatory for me in this situation?

The Imam's misrecitation (laḥn) in Al-Fatiha, if it alters the meaning and invalidates the prayer, falls into two categories:

The first is if he is unable to correct the mistake. In this case, the majority of jurists hold that his prayer is valid. However, they differ on the validity of the prayer of those praying behind him who can recite Al-Fatiha correctly.

The second is if he is able to correct the mistake but does not. In this case, his prayer is invalid, and it is impermissible to pray behind him, without any scholarly disagreement. He must be advised or replaced. If this is not possible, it is safer to seek another mosque. Otherwise, one should pray Dhuhr instead of Jumu'ah. As for a misrecitation that does not invalidate the prayer, it does not affect its validity.
