Is it permissible to marry a foreign woman if she offers herself to a man to become like a slave or a concubine without marriage, in order to protect him from forbidden acts in the West?

Traveling to non-Muslim countries for study is fraught with dangers, and it is better to seek education in a Muslim country. If that is not possible and one is compelled to study there, then there is no harm in traveling and residing there, provided necessary precautions are taken to protect oneself from temptations. This includes marriage, with its conditions, to a Muslim woman or a chaste woman of the People of the Book, with the permission of her guardian and in the presence of witnesses. Marriage to a Muslim woman is preferable. Marriage with the intention of divorce is permissible, provided it is not agreed upon before the contract. As for a woman giving herself to a man as a concubine (milk al-yamin), this is an unlawful matter that must be avoided.
