Is it permissible to marry a non-Muslim foreign woman for her beauty and out of a desire for chastity, with the intention of inviting her to Islam, and which countries are preferable for marriage?

A Muslim man's marriage to a disbelieving woman is not valid unless she is a chaste woman of the People of the Book (Jewish or Christian), though marrying a non-Muslim woman is disliked, especially in these times due to the abundance of harms and risks. It is recommended to choose a righteous Muslim wife, and seeking beauty in her is permissible, but what is most important is her religiosity and character, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Attain success with the one who is religious; may your hands be soiled [with dust, meaning, may you prosper]."
