The answer

A Muslim is advised to emigrate to Muslim lands as long as he is not in need of residing in non-Muslim lands, unless there is a need or necessity, such as Da'wah (inviting to Islam) or seeking knowledge not available in Muslim lands. Furthermore, it is recommended for a married man to choose a woman of good character and religious devotion, and to avoid immodest and immoral women. Allah grants success in goodness to whoever intends it, in fulfillment of His saying, the Most High: "If Allah knows [any] good in your hearts, He will give you [something] better than what was taken from you, and He will forgive you; and Allah is Forgiving and Merciful." [Al-Anfal: 70].
