What is the ruling on saying: "Cleanse your brother's heart with God's permission," intending "advise him"?

There is no objection to the aforementioned statement; rather, it encourages giving advice, which is a right a Muslim has over his brother. It carries the meaning of purification, refinement, and reform.

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Religion is advice." We said: "To whom?" He said: "To Allah, His Book, His Messenger, the leaders of the Muslims, and their common folk."
