How can we reconcile the Hadith: "We have not seen for two who love one another anything like marriage" with the Hadith: "Choose the religious woman"?

There is no contradiction between the two hadiths, for a man's love for a woman or a woman's love for a man does not justify marriage unless the other party possesses religious commitment and good character.
