Is it permissible to know who the scholars are who permitted shaking hands with a young woman, knowing that shaking hands with a non-mahram is forbidden and that the difference of opinion concerning it is not considered valid?

The jurists have agreed on the prohibition of shaking hands with a young foreign woman (one who is not a mahram). They differed regarding an old woman; the Hanafis and Hanbalis permitted it if there was no fear of fitna (temptation or discord), while the Malikis and Shafi'is prohibited it. They cited as evidence the hadith: "For one of you to be stabbed in the head with an iron needle is better for him than to touch a woman who is not lawful for him."
