Is the offer of the Human Resources Manager to appoint me for half my salary, while rejecting qualified candidates and including unreal experiences in the CV, considered unlawful (haram), and would the salary received be unlawful (haram) money?

What occurred is sufficient to be judged unlawful due to: the payment of prohibited bribery, the betrayal of trust, and causing the rejection of someone more qualified. It is astonishing that the questioner complains about the injustice inflicted upon him, yet then seeks to inflict injustice upon others. It would have been more appropriate for one who has tasted the bitterness of injustice to flee from it. It is imperative to reiterate the reprehensibility of this act, to forbid it, and to warn against it. Allah Almighty says: "So seek sustenance from Allah and worship Him and be grateful to Him. To Him you will be returned." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "O people, fear Allah and be moderate in seeking sustenance, for no soul will die until it has received its full provision, even if it is delayed."
