If the disability is not among the defects that grant the right of option, then the marriage is binding, and you do not have the right to annul it. If you seek divorce before consummation, you are entitled to half of the named mahr (dowry). If you have already received the full mahr, return half of it to him, unless he pardons it. If the husband refuses divorce except in exchange for compensation, then the compensation will be according to the agreement. The court's ruling resolves the dispute. As for fasting to make up for Ramadan and the six days of Shawwal, it is preferable to fast to make up for Ramadan first, then the six days of Shawwal.
