Does joking with the the word "bullet" (طلقة) meaning a projectile, and saying "I will give her a bullet like horses" when a wife complains of pain, necessitate a legal ruling?

The divorce does not occur due to what was mentioned, and nothing is binding on the questioner from this perspective. He must fear Allah and beware of supplicating against his wife unjustly, even in jest. He should avoid such words and be keen on speaking good words that foster affection, for Allah Almighty says: "And tell My servants to say that which is best. Indeed, Satan incites [dissension] among them. Indeed Satan is ever, to man, a clear enemy." (Al-Isra: 53). Allah commanded the believers to speak the best words and kind words in their communications; because if they do not do so, Satan will incite dissension between them.
