The vaginal discharge of a woman is pure, but it nullifies ablution (wudu'). There is no need to inspect and check whether something has exited or not. It is sufficient to act upon the default, which is that nothing has exited. The prayer is valid as long as one is not certain that something nullifying ablution has exited. If some discharge is found after prayer and it is probable that it exited after prayer, then the prayer is valid. When in doubt between madhi (pre-seminal fluid) and vaginal discharge, one may choose, and it is given the ruling of one of the two.
