Is the husband's statement to his wife: "Go, you are divorced anyway," considered an explicit divorce or an implicit one, and does divorce take effect thereby?

It is not permissible for a husband to harm his wife by cursing or insulting her, nor to strike her except for the purpose of discipline and within legal Islamic guidelines. The husband's statement: "You are divorced anyway" is considered an explicit divorce that does not require intention. If the husband claims that he intended to effect the divorce in the future and not immediately, then he is believed in what is between him and Allah Almighty.
