Is the story of the astrologers' prophecy of the birth of Abraham, upon him be peace, authentic, bearing in mind that he was born in Babylon, Iraq, and that the source of the story is Shia?

The science of stars is divided into two types: The first type is the knowledge of the names of stars, their ascensions, their settings, and their indications of time, place, and direction. This is permissible and lawful. The second type is inferring earthly events, such as death or birth, from the positions of stars. This type is forbidden by Islamic law. An astrologer might occasionally be correct in some of his predictions by chance, but falsehood is more prevalent in it, and it is a form of sorcery and divination. The story of astrologers predicting the coming of Ibrahim (peace be upon him) during the time of Nimrod has not been proven with an authentic chain of narration. Even if it occurred, it would be a matter of coincidence in the astrologers' words hitting upon some truth.
