Does the Muslim who prays Fajr Prayer individually (without a valid Shar’i reason) in his home enter into Allah’s protection, as does the one who prays it in congregation in the mosque? And what is the Noble Hadith that indicates this?

Most narrations of the hadith, "Whoever prays Fajr is under the protection of Allah," do not restrict the prayer to being performed in congregation, as found in [Sahih] Muslim. However, the narrations by Al-Tabarani and Ibn Majah, found in Sahih Al-Targhib wal-Tarhib, restrict it to congregational prayer: "Whoever prays Fajr in congregation is under the protection of Allah." This narration specifies the unrestricted narrations, and this is supported by what the commentator of Al-Tirmidhi and Al-Munawi said. Thus, it appears that the one who attains this virtue is he who prays the Fajr prayer in congregation. It is possible that one who is excused from attending the congregation or one who prays at home (women) may also attain it.
