How can one overcome the addiction to masturbation and pornographic websites, and repent with sincere repentance after childhood experiences of sexual abuse, in order to gain God's pleasure?

Allah commanded believing men and believing women to lower their gaze and guard their chastity. Disobeying this leads to the removal of the blessing of sight and results in indecency and fornication. A person might fall into sin due to the dominance of desires or Satan, but a believer is required to resist this, for Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity. Weakness in being mindful of Allah is a reason for falling into forbidden acts. A Muslim must fear Allah and be mindful of His watchfulness over them, and not make Allah the least significant of those who observe them. The cure lies in fearing Allah, repentance, staying away from places of temptation, occupying oneself with good deeds, choosing righteous companionship, supplication, morning and evening remembrances (adhkar), and maintaining prayer. There is no harm in consulting a trusted female psychiatrist. Marriage is a remedy that lowers the gaze and guards chastity; it is an antidote to the whispers of Satan.
