What is the ruling on a young man returning to a girl to whom another man is now engaged, after he left her in pursuit of money and caused her to remove her hijab?

What the girl did by wearing the hijab and enduring hardships is good, but she should have remained steadfast in that and not yielded to her parents and husband in removing it, because there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator. Her duty now is to repent and return to wearing the hijab. If her husband insists on her removing it or divorcing her, then divorce is better for her, and the questioner should hasten to marry her.
