Is it permissible to enter websites whose terms include a law that contradicts Sharia, without agreeing to this law, based on a previous fatwa that prohibited creating an email account on Yahoo for the same reason?

Contracts that include invalid conditions are not permissible for a Muslim to conclude or enter into initially, even if he intends not to fulfill them. So, if websites contain conditions that contradict the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, it is not permissible to subscribe to them while accepting their conditions, whether one acts upon them or not.
