Working in the Ministry of Finance is originally permissible, and its salary is lawful for its earner and his heirs, unless the work itself is proven to be unlawful. If the work is unlawful, then the salary becomes unlawful, and it is not permissible to benefit from any part of it, nor from the house if he does not own it, unless he was ignorant of its unlawfulness.
