Is it possible for one to achieve pure, unblemished faith, and is one who dies while harboring doubts about God, the Resurrection, and prophethood, despite observing religious rituals, considered among those of pure faith?

The intrusive thoughts that afflict a believer who is not doubtful do not affect the soundness of their faith, as long as they detest and repel them. This detestation is a sign of sound faith, in accordance with the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "That is pure faith." A Muslim must adhere to remembrance (dhikr) and worship and turn away from these intrusive thoughts. Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah mentioned that the detestation of thoughts of disbelief and hypocrisy, and the heart's repulsion from them, is pure faith, and that intrusive thoughts affect everyone who turns to Allah the Almighty. Therefore, one must persevere, be patient, and adhere to remembrance and prayer for the devil's cunning to depart from them, because "indeed, the cunning of Satan has always been weak."
