The aforementioned vision, whether in a waking state or a dream, is a satanic deception. This is because the dead do not return to this world, as confirmed by Allah's saying: (He will say, "My Lord, send me back That I might do righteousness in that which I left behind." No! It is but a word he is saying. And behind them is a until the Day they are resurrected.)
Satan does not assume the form of the Prophet (peace be upon him), but he can assume the form of others.
The claim within the vision that Mary blesses and heals the sick is proof that it is from Satan, because blessing and healing are characteristics exclusive to Allah alone, as He Almighty said: (Blessed is He in whose hand is dominion) and (And when I am ill, it is He who cures me). This deception aims to corrupt belief and cause people to fall into polytheism ().
