What should I do about my negligence in prayer and my fear of the future?

We refer you to Fatwa No. 30628 to understand the danger of negligence in prayer. We remind you that tranquility comes from drawing near to Allah, while fear and anxiety come from being far from Him, in accordance with His (the Almighty's) saying: "Those who have believed and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of Allah. Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured." (Ar-Ra'd: 28).
