Is the donor entitled to demand an 'Umrah for the deceased to be performed by another person, or has the money become the property of the heirs after the wife disposed of it for purposes other than 'Umrah?

If the donor gives money for a specific purpose, such as 'Umrah, they have the right to reclaim the money if the purpose is not fulfilled, and the beneficiaries or their heirs do not own this money. The wife is not entitled to take the money or dispose of it for another purpose. As long as the donor has allocated the money for a specific purpose, it must be spent for that purpose. Otherwise, it is not obligatory if the intention was merely to be generous without a specific condition.
