Is the 10% acquired from transferring profits from a Facebook page that contains videos with music and women, halal or haram?
The permissibility of your work depends on the permissibility of the page's content and advertisements. If the main content is permissible, and likewise the advertisements are for permissible goods, then there is no blame upon you. As for the presence of music and images of women, if they are not intended, it does not appear that they would render the work impermissible due to their widespread affliction.
However, if the page is dedicated to prohibited content such as songs, nude images, or indecent clips, or if it publishes advertisements for alcoholic beverages and prohibited goods, then it is not permissible for you to work on converting the advertising profits, because the wage would then be unlawful, due to the work involving assistance in sin. Allah Almighty says: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty" (Al-Ma'idah: 2).
