Will I receive the reward for the first row in Friday prayer if I sit in a back row so I can see the Imam and listen to the khutbah, with the intention of sitting in the first row?

The default is to sit in the first row and listen to the sermon to attain the reward of the first row and benefit from the sermon. Do not pay attention to the illusion of not concentrating on the sermon, as it may be from Satan to deprive you of the reward. If it is proven that you do not benefit in the first row, then there is no harm in sitting in a later row to benefit, and it is hoped that Allah will record for you the reward of the first row if you come early.
