Is it permissible for the Sheikh to supplicate after descending from the minbar and before commencing the Friday prayer, or is the place for supplication in the second rak'ah after bowing?

Supplicating during the Friday sermon is legislated, and it occurs at the end of the second sermon. As for the preacher's supplication after descending from the minbar or in the second unit of the Friday prayer, it is not authentically reported, unless it is a supplication related to calamities. Hanbali jurists have explicitly stated that the supplication legislated during calamities in obligatory prayers is not legislated for the Friday prayer, as it is superseded by the supplication within the sermon.
