Is prayer waived for a sick person who cannot support her back or walk, and whose consciousness is at fifty percent?

Among the conditions for the obligation of prayer is sanity, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: «The pen is lifted from three: from the sleeper until he awakens, from the child until he reaches puberty, and from the insane person until he regains his sanity.» If the mother is aware of her surroundings and understands ablution and prayer, then prayer is obligatory upon her. If she is not aware, then it is not obligatory upon her. If prayer is obligatory upon her, then it is permissible for her to combine the Dhuhr and Asr prayers, and the Maghrib and Isha prayers, as a facilitation for her.
