Marriage is among the many good deeds and legitimate interests, such as safeguarding one's chastity and increasing offspring. It is also a means for one's ذكر (mention/legacy) to endure and for one's ranks to be elevated through the supplication of righteous children. Islamic law encourages youth to marry, as it is legislated and obligatory for whoever fears falling into zina (unlawful sexual intercourse). If you fear falling into hardship and legal accountability, then fear Allah and be patient until Allah facilitates your affair.
