Is it permissible to benefit from money obtained by selling a car in installments to another person, while authorizing the seller to sell it again and receive its price?
The question about the transaction should be asked before proceeding with it. If the agent sold the car to someone other than himself, the transaction is valid, although it is better to avoid this to steer clear of any suspicion of circumventing riba, as stated by the Fiqh Academy: "The seller's commitment in a tawarruq contract to act as an agent in selling the commodity to another buyer, or arranging for someone to buy it, makes it similar to the 'inah transaction, which is prohibited by Sharia, whether the commitment is explicitly stipulated or implied by common practice and custom. However, merely guiding him to someone who will buy from him, without commitment, is permissible."
