Is the phrase "Allah Almighty's knowledge is the knowledge of uncovering, not the knowledge of compulsion" correct, or is it impermissible to use in reference to Allah Almighty?

Allah knows what was and what will be, and He has written that in a book. This knowledge encompasses the actions of His servants without compelling them to perform them. Rather, they act by their own choice and are recompensed for their deeds. Thus, Allah's knowledge is revealing, not compelling.
