What is the ruling on a seller of land stipulating to the buyer that he (the buyer) may not sell his land except with the seller's permission, and that the seller has priority in purchasing it, and what are the consequences of not fulfilling this condition?

Thus, the sale becomes void. It was also said: the sale is valid and the condition is void, and according to this opinion, there is no obligation to fulfill this condition.
