What is one obligated to do when subjected to injustice in military service?
Whoever has a legitimate means to remove injustice from individuals, it is obligatory for him to do so to the best of his ability, based on the hadith: "Help your brother, be he an oppressor or an oppressed." And abandoning the removal of evil while being able to do so is a grave sin. This support is a form of enjoining good and forbidding evil, and its obligation is conditioned upon the ability to do so and safety from harm. As for the oppressed person who cannot remove injustice from himself, let him seek Allah's help and be sincere in his reliance on Him, and let him be certain that Allah answers his supplication.
