What is the ruling on modifying a photographic image by changing the clothes, hands, and feet, without changing the head?

We have determined in previous fatwas that modifying images using computer software is akin to drawing animate beings. Therefore, it is impermissible if the images are of animate beings complete in their creation, but permissible if they are incomplete in their creation. As for modifying complete images by focusing only on hands and feet without the head, this is a matter under consideration, and the safest approach is to avoid it.
