It is not possible to definitively say that you are enchanted, but you can perform (exorcism) on yourself, as it is beneficial, along with relying on Allah, having a good opinion of Him, making abundant supplications, and seeking refuge in Him.
You can also consult a specialized psychiatrist or the consultation section of the website. There is no harm in seeking a trustworthy raqi (exorcist) who adheres to Islamic law.
