Is it permissible to open a bank account and deposit money into it while receiving interest, despite the client's request not to have it, and is it permissible to take and spend this interest, or must it be left to the bank?

If the bank is usurious, it is not permissible to deposit money in it, and the money must be withdrawn from it immediately, even if with the intention of getting rid of usurious interests, because an Islamic alternative exists. As for the interests that are currently present, they must be withdrawn and disposed of by giving them to the poor and needy, because leaving them for the bank strengthens it and aids falsehood. Money can be deposited in reputable Islamic banks to benefit from permissible profits.
