Is it permissible to buy likes for health and advisory posts on social media to increase their visibility?

Purchasing "likes" for a fee is considered cheating, deception, and misrepresentation because it creates the impression that the page owner has many admirers, thereby deceiving others into giving the page or its posts undeserved attention. This is a form of misrepresentation that is not permissible, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever cheats us is not of us," and "The one who pretends to have been given what he has not been given is like one who wears two garments of falsehood."
