What is the ruling on a divorced husband not giving his ex-wife her rights, and the grave accusations he leveled against her, and his disobedience to his son, and what is the ruling on the mother refusing to allow the husband's family to see her son after their unjust actions and words, and is that considered severing ties of kinship?

Part of divorcing with kindness is giving the divorced woman her full rights and not procrastinating or wronging her. Not divorcing the wife with kindness is a form of injustice and transgression of Allah's limits. Falsely accusing the wife and her family and harming them without right is an injustice, and the husband and his family must repent to Allah for that. Among the conditions of repentance are giving the wife her rights, exonerating her from what they said, and seeking her forgiveness. We advise the sister to be patient and seek reward from Allah, and to adhere to Allah's limits in dealing with them. This includes not preventing them from seeing their child, as this is a forbidden severance of ties. The father must fulfill his responsibility towards his son, as he is obligated to provide for him and raise him, and he will be held accountable for him on the Day of Resurrection.
