How can a young preacher be blessed by Allah in his time?

It is recommended to supplicate to Allah Almighty frequently for blessing in time and effort, while utilizing the supplication of Moses (peace be upon him): "My Lord, expand for me my breast [with assurance] And ease for me my task And untie the knot from my tongue That they may understand my speech." There is no specific supplication for blessing in time. Therefore, he should supplicate with what suits his condition, increase in acts of obedience, and organize his time.
