Is there a Hadith stating that a woman's hair will cover her on the Day of Resurrection, and is it forbidden to cut it, even for adornment within the home?

There is no authentic (sahih) or weak (da‘if) hadith from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that conveys this meaning. It is permissible for a woman to cut her hair as long as it does not involve imitating disbelieving women or immoral women.
