It is permissible to give the person collecting donations for the mosque a wage from what he has collected, because his work is for the benefit of the mosque. It is not permissible to enter into an insurance contract with the company in the manner mentioned, due to the presence of (excessive uncertainty) and jahalah (ignorance).
