Is it permissible for one who suffers from urinary dripping to wear a single diaper from the 'Isha' prayer until Fajr, and to perform ablution for every supererogatory or obligatory prayer during this period? And is ablution required for Tasbeeh, Du'a, and reading Qur'an in this situation?

If you suffer from urinary incontinence, you are not required to change the diaper except when purifying for the Fajr prayer or when an impurity (that is not the permanent incontinence) occurs that necessitates ablution. Supererogatory prayers are permissible with the ablution performed for the 'Isha prayer until the time for Fajr prayer begins, unless an impurity (other than urine) occurs that necessitates ablution. Reciting the Quran is permissible without purification if it is not from a Mushaf (definition) and the reciter is not in a state of major ritual impurity (janabah (definition)), and ablution is not required for glorifying God (tasbeeh) or making supplication (du'a).
