Does the prayer become void if a letter is unintentionally extended in it due to self-talk, without intending to extend it?

The prayer of the questioner's sister is valid and not invalidated by what she mentioned, as she did not utter anything other than the Quran. What is happening to her is an obsessive-compulsive whisper (waswas) from Satan, and she should not give in to it.
