If your cousin's heirs are limited to those you mentioned, then the inheritors among them are: his wife (who gets one-eighth), his daughter (who gets one-half), and his sisters (if they are full sisters or paternal sisters, they inherit the remainder by ta'sib [as residuaries] after the shares of the wife and daughter). As for his paternal uncles, they inherit nothing. However, if the sisters are maternal sisters, they inherit nothing due to the presence of a descendant heir, and the remainder would go to the deceased's paternal uncles.
