What is the ruling of the Sharia on a husband who spreads news of his wife's divorce among his family and relatives, with his intention to divorce, even though it has not yet occurred?

Divorce takes effect if the husband says to his wife: "I have divorced you," whether he intended divorce or not, and whether he was truthful or lying, because this is an explicit pronouncement that does not require intention.

This is considered a revocable divorce, and the husband can take his wife back during her 'iddah (waiting period) if this is the first or second divorce.
