Is it permissible to transport a woman injured in a car accident to the hospital?

It is obligatory to provide first aid to the woman and transport her to the hospital if none of her mahram (unmarriageable kin) can do so, in order to save an inviolable soul, as Allah Almighty says: "And whoever saves a life – it is as though he had saved all of mankind." Your being alone together (khalwa) is not prohibited due to the presence of a greater harm, which is her perishing. For when two harms conflict, the lesser of them is chosen.
