Is it permissible for a person afflicted with constant seminal discharge (sals al-madhy) to combine prayers with a single ablution and perform them before their prescribed time due to the difficulty of performing ablution after the application of a cast?

It is permissible for a person suffering from urinary incontinence to combine two prayers—Dhuhr and Asr, and Maghrib and Isha—with a single ablution, by analogy with the woman with continuous non-menstrual bleeding, whom the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded to do so. Prayer is not permissible before its time except in cases of legally sanctioned combination. And glad tidings are given to one who is unable to perform acts of obedience due to illness: they will receive the reward for what they used to do when healthy.
