Does a divorce take place, or is a new marriage contract necessary for the husband who used to be negligent in performing prayers and combined them without an excuse, then repented and became steadfast in them?

Delaying prayer beyond its prescribed time without a valid excuse is a great sin and a serious transgression that necessitates repentance. However, it does not invalidate the marriage contract nor does it require its renewal. If a Muslim repents with sincere repentance, let him praise Allah and rejoice in the acceptance of his repentance.
