Does preparing a garden for photography for a fee, knowing that unveiled brides and engaged couples who are not yet married will be photographed in it, burden its owner with sin?

It is not permissible to rent out the garden to those who photograph brides, grooms, and engaged couples; because renting out a place to someone who will use it for a forbidden act is a form of assisting in sin, and Allah has forbidden cooperation in sin and aggression. The reason why the aforementioned photography is forbidden is that the engaged couple are strangers to each other, and the engagement does not make permissible what was forbidden to them before it. Similarly, it is not permissible to photograph a bride adorned if the photographer or those who will view the pictures are strangers to her, out of fear that men will see her adornment. However, if it is guaranteed that no men will view the pictures, then there is no harm in photographing the bride, and it is permissible to rent out the place for this permissible type of photography, with the preference being to refrain from it out of consideration for those who absolutely forbid photography.
