What is the ruling on uttering an oath of divorce to one's wife while angry, and what are the consequences of that?

Divorce occurs if the wording is explicit, or implicit with the intention. If divorce occurs, the husband may take back his wife before her waiting period (iddah) ends, unless he has divorced her twice before. If the divorcer does not comprehend what he is saying due to extreme anger, then the divorce does not occur.
